Dynatorch systems are designed to be super easy to set
up and run by the average person with no difficulty. We have over 1500
machines operating all over the world with only telephone support, and
assistance supplied during the installation phase Plasma systems have become more complex with the
addition of high definition plasma generators. With this additional
complexity, customers are asking for field support. Dynatorch is now offering optional field support at very
affordable prices. Field support can be provided for installation, onsite
training, or any Dynatorch related reason. Our field technicians are well
trained and experienced in supporting products we sell. Costs for this service are quoted on an individual case
by case basis. Costs include per diem, and travel and lodging expenses. Each
work day will consist of 8 hours or fraction thereof. Field services are not a part of our product warranty
and projected costs will be paid in advance prior to travel. Warranted parts
supplied during field visits, remain at no cost. Field services are limited to availability of personnel
