Dynatorch MASTER SERIES HVAC system offers you high production capabilities. Its high cutting and rapid traverse (1500+IPM) speed means you get more parts per hour from our system.  The ability to utilize multi-gas, high speed precision cutting plasma generators gives you cleaner cuts (less dross) with much less bevel, even on thicker materials. Our 100% closed loop, servo drives give not only speed but phenomenal cutting accuracy.

When we say a complete system we mean it.  This is a true “Turn-Key” product.  Everything from the computer to the leveling feet is provided.  This includes factory training on all software products. The MASTER SERIES HVAC machines are specifically for HVAC part cutting with HVAC features available only with.

Structure:  Heavy duty welded steel table and gantry with a bright red rugged finish.

Drives: New DASH2 Closed loop Brushless Servo drive.  Dash2 drives use new technology motors that provide 40% more power than our conventional drives.  Power delivered through high precision, planetary gearboxes, with precision cut gears assuring long term smooth operation.

Software: New generation Version 3 drive software which includes professional level automatic nesting, and automatic file preparation that includes kerf offset, insertion of lead ins and outs, configurable post processor and many more features... Included is a PlasmaMate shape library that lets you draw shapes commonly used in industry quickly and without a CAD system.  PlasmaMate also draws cutable multi font lettering with the same ease.

Arc Voltage Torch Height Control: MASTER SERIES includes the latest version of our fast response, high sensitivity arc voltage torch height controller.  This new version is equipped with our recently introduced electronic stabilization system that gives even smoother height control.

Includes DASH “No Touch” Sensing System: Allows torch to sense material surface location without the need to touch the material to be cut. Avoids problems normally associated with torch having to contact material surface for initial height sensing; such as tip fouling and nozzle destruction caused by double arcing as a result of thin material flexing.

Smoke and Dust Collection: The MASTER SERIES HVAC includes a collection system that removes 100% of plasma smoke generated anywhere on the cutting table surface. Plasma dust is separated from smoke and stored in an easy to clean bin.  No messy and difficult water table needed with the Master series.  Noxious fumes generated by cutting galvanized materials are eliminated with speed and efficiency.

Included Plasma Generator- The Master Series HVAC System provides a Hypertherm “Powermax “1000 Plasma generator.  This is a 60 amp unit with all the Hypertherm automation accessories included.  Everything is provided.  Hypertherm is recognized by industry as a premium brand of plasma generator.  This unit will pierce up to 3/8 inch and edge cut up to ½ inch in mild steel.
