New and Improved

   Dynatorch is on the move... As promised, we continue to improve our existing products and and add new innovations to our line.  Listed below are some of the changes and improvements as they are released.  We are always trying to improve.... if you have an idea or suggestion, let us know....

Pneu-Preload design...  The previous design, using extension springs to preload the rack and pinion has been upgraded to a pneumatic design.  A regulator mounted on the Gantry allows precision pressure adjustment to the preload cylinders.  This gives a better and more importantly, adjustable preload pressure of the rack and pinion.  Pictures below:

New Lifter Station for the Torch Axis...  Our previous design called to V-wheels and an acme lead screw.   Our new design has a ball screw and recalculating linear bearing.  This provides a smoother and quieter operation for the Torch axis.  It is also fully sealed and uses a positive pressure air system to purge the unit to keep dust and debris out.
